The “Sunflower” singer has postponed the event by a few weeks.
Post Malone is temporarily putting his upcoming tour on hold, announcing a short delay so he can finish new music before going back on the road.
In an Instagram statement, the “Sunflower” artist explained that he had originally planned to tour soon, but realized his schedule wouldn’t allow enough time to complete his work. He said he doesn’t have the space needed to wrap up the project before the tour begins and decided it would be best to postpone things by about three weeks.
He noted that after reviewing his commitments following a recent festival appearance, including Stagecoach Festival, the timing simply wasn’t working out. Rather than rush the process, he chose to delay the shows so the music can be finished properly.
Post Malone also apologized to fans who had already purchased tickets, expressing disappointment about the change but promising that the extra time will lead to a stronger show. He added that he’s been working on new material for a double album and is eager to return to performing once it’s ready.
The artist, born Austin Richard Post, first rose to fame with his debut album Stoney, which featured breakout hits like “Congratulations.”
