All About That Bass singer Meghan Trainor previously confessed that she “went overboard with Botox.”

Meghan Trainor faced online criticism after posting a series of photos showcasing her weight-loss transformation.

The All About That Bass singer struck confident poses in a sheer white dress layered over a T-shirt in a set of Instagram snapshots.

While her post appeared casual, it sparked curiosity among fans, with some speculating whether the 31-year-old had used Ozempic to achieve her slimmer figure.

Fans flooded the comments section, offering both praise and speculation about Trainor’s transformed appearance.

One commenter quipped, “‘All About That Bass’??? Until Ozempic, then you’re all about that treble.”

One commenter wrote, “LMFAO body positive until you can get your hands on Ozempic,” while another added, “All about that bass? All about that Ozempic.”

Another fan referenced the lyrics from Trainor’s iconic hit, posting, “You know I won’t be no stick-figure, silicone Barbie doll.”

“I was like, ‘If I can survive a C-section, I can do anything!’” Trainor shared. “I was really committed, and I started noticing the weight coming off — one pound a week… I discovered that I actually enjoy healthy food, learned what proper portions are, and realized how much happier my mind feels when I exercise. Now, I’m feeling better than ever.”

Late last year, Trainor admitted to going a bit overboard with Botox but mentioned she still has plans for future cosmetic procedures.

“Someone convinced me that with my little lips, if I got a lip flip — where they add filler just above your upper lip — I could finally have a nice lip flip for the first time in my 30 years of life,” Trainor recalled. “That was not true.”

She explained that while she had previously tried Botox “a handful of times” on her forehead, this particular experience didn’t go as planned.

“I cannot smile anymore,” she revealed on her Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor podcast. “Everywhere I go, I can’t smile. My face actually hurts when I try.”

The “lip flip” procedure that Trainor mentioned is a nonsurgical technique designed to create the illusion of fuller lips. It involves injecting Botox into the corners of the mouth and along the upper lip’s edges, causing the surrounding muscles to relax and the upper lip to subtly “flip” upward, giving it a fuller appearance, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Reflecting on her experience, Trainor shared an important takeaway: “It taught me that my smile really does light up a room, and without it, things feel dimmer. I feel like I’m not happy because I can’t smile.”

Despite her Botox setback, Trainor revealed that she’s still planning to have a breast augmentation, hoping for “just a little lift” after her body changed following two pregnancies. Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara, are proud parents to two sons, Riley and Barry.
