Justin Bieber recently turned to social media to share candid thoughts about his ongoing struggles with anger and healing, following yet another run-in with paparazzi.
“People keep telling me to heal,” he wrote in a heartfelt post on Monday. “If it were that easy, don’t you think I would’ve done it already? I know I’m not okay. I recognize the anger I carry. I’ve spent my whole life trying to fix myself to match the standards of others, and it only leaves me feeling more drained and frustrated. The more I try to grow, the more self-focused I become.”
He added, “Jesus is the only reason I still want to live for others. Lately, I’m just worn out from always thinking about myself—aren’t you?”
The 31-year-old pop star was recently seen on the beach, where he asked paparazzi to give him space. Fox News Digital reached out to his team for comment regarding the incident.
This isn’t the first time Bieber has publicly confronted invasive photographers. Back in April, he posted a video on Instagram showing an interaction with paparazzi, captioning it, “This has to stop,” while repeatedly urging them to back off.
In the footage, members of his entourage are heard asking the photographers to step away. One of the photographers responds defensively, pointing out that Bieber was filming them too. The tense exchange ends with someone saying, “Got your shots, go,” encouraging them to leave.
Since skyrocketing to fame in 2009 after sharing music covers on YouTube, Bieber has been under intense public and media scrutiny. His debut album My World featured breakout hits like “One Time” and “One Less Lonely Girl,” propelling him to stardom at just 16.
Recently, amid swirling speculation about his well-being, his team addressed concerns in a statement to TMZ, calling the rumors “exhausting and pitiful” and a reflection of the media’s tendency to perpetuate negative and damaging narratives.
They also clarified that Bieber is prioritizing fatherhood and music. He and his wife Hailey recently welcomed their first child, a son named Jack, in August.
