Justin Bieber recently opened up about his struggles with self-worth. On Thursday, the Grammy-winning artist shared a candid message on his Instagram story, addressing his 294 million followers.

In his post, Bieber reflected on his ongoing internal battle, revealing that despite receiving praise throughout his life, he has often felt undeserving.

“People told me my whole life, ‘Wow Justin u deserve that,’ and I personally have always felt unworthy,” he wrote. “Like I was a fraud. Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky.”

“Honestly, if people knew what goes on in my head — how judgmental and selfish I can be — they probably wouldn’t be saying those things,” he admitted.

Bieber shared the motivation behind his message, saying, “If you feel sneaky, welcome to the club. I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days.”

Bieber’s message followed growing concerns about his health among fans.

Speculation about his well-being arose after he appeared at his wife Hailey Bieber’s Rhode event in Los Angeles last month. In a viral TikTok video, Bieber was seen smiling widely and swaying from side to side while chatting with attendees.

“Is that really Justin Bieber?” one person questioned.

Another commented, “I can’t believe this is Justin Bieber,” followed by a crying emoji.

Concern continued to grow as one user asked, “Is he okay?!” while another added, “This is so hard to watch. Someone help him.”

Following the speculation, Bieber’s team addressed the concerns in a statement to TMZ, calling the rumors about his mental and physical health “exhausting and pitiful.” They added that despite clear evidence to the contrary, some people remain intent on promoting negative, sensational, and harmful narratives.

Bieber’s team also mentioned that he is currently focused on fatherhood and working on new music. He and Hailey welcomed their first child, a son named Jack, in August.

A representative for Bieber did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Bieber, who had previously disclosed his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis, shared that he attempted to continue his tour, which began in January 2022 and was planned to extend through 2023.

After delaying several concerts, the two-time Grammy Award winner posted a video on Instagram explaining that he was experiencing partial facial paralysis due to his Ramsay Hunt syndrome diagnosis.

According to the Mayo Clinic, this syndrome occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of the ears, potentially causing facial paralysis and hearing loss.
