Jelly Roll, the singer of Save Me, and his wife Bunnie Xo purchased a ranch in Nashville in 2023.

Jelly Roll is set to make history.
The country star will join Reba McEntire and Tim McGraw as headliners for Nashville’s first-ever rodeo.
“As someone born and raised in Nashville, this felt like an opportunity to be part of a historic moment for the city,” Jelly Roll shared in a press release. “I vividly remember when Nashville announced the arrival of the Predators hockey team and the Titans football team… and I watched Bridgestone Arena rise from the ground up. Being a headliner for the first Music City Rodeo in my hometown feels just as significant.”
In a promotional video for the rodeo, Jelly Roll is seen behind a bar, chatting with a group of cowboys. “Not your usual stop, is it, boys?” he says.
Reba McEntire narrates over the clip, saying, “Right here in the heart of Broadway, where honky-tonk neon meets daredevil grit, rodeo and country music collide.” Tim McGraw follows with, “Three nights of guts, glory, and history in the making.”
The Music City Rodeo will take place at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena from May 29 to 31, in collaboration with McGraw’s Down Home entertainment group, Skydance Media, and Humes Rodeo. This marks Nashville’s first-ever Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) event, with tickets available starting Friday, March 7.
For Jelly Roll, performing at the rodeo comes at a meaningful time as he embraces his dream of farm life with his family.
In January, Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie Xo, shared videos of their family welcoming three new cows to their farm. The clip featured three miniature cows named Crunch, Brownie, and S’more, with Bunnie captioning it, “Our lil’ farm is starting.”
Originally, the plan was to have just one farm animal, but that quickly changed. After Jelly Roll admitted he was “jealous” he didn’t have his own, they ended up adding not only the three cows but also a donkey named Griz.
“I love the donkey,” Jelly Roll said in a video capturing the animal’s arrival at their Nashville ranch. “I can’t believe he’s that small!”
Two weeks after bringing home the donkey, Bunnie Xo shared a video of what she called a “special” moment.
She explained that since arriving, the donkey hadn’t let anyone touch him. Every day, she spoke to him, reassuring him that he was “loved & safe.” In the video, she finally got to pet him for the first time, writing that she told him, “Whenever he wants more loves, I’ll be here.”
“We kno [sic] he needs a buddy—we’re working on it,” she added in the caption.
Bunnie has also kept fans updated on their cows. On Monday, she posted a video to Instagram, sharing, “At least 5-10 times a day, I go outside just to hug this big lug.”
