Hilton provided additional details about the arrival of her second child on her Instagram Story, where she was overheard conversing with her nephew and niece about the anticipation of meeting their new cousin.
In the Instagram Story, Hilton engaged in a conversation with her nephew, asking, “Are you guys excited for your new cousin?” Her nephew expressed surprise, inquiring, “You have two babies?” to which Paris affirmed, “I have two babies.”
